By accessing and using Resplice, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Resplice.

• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information they provide.
• Users must only provide information about themselves or where they have explicit permission to share someone else’s information.

3. Storage and Security

• Resplice commits to storing user data securely, using industry-standard encryption and security practices.
• While we strive for complete security, no online service is entirely secure. Users understand the risks associated with online data storage.

• Users can securely share their information with other Resplice users.
• Shared information is encrypted and can only be accessed by the intended recipient(s).
• Resplice will not share, sell, or distribute user data to third parties without explicit user consent.

5. User Obligations

• Users must not use Resplice to store or share illegal or malicious content.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

6. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user account if these terms are violated.

Resplice reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a secure and error-free service, Resplice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Minnesota’s courts.
